FAQ

  • “What is included in a typical Visualization Package”

    — A standard package typically includes a standard CAD drawing set which include site plans, traffic management diagrams, vehicle tracking and an optional video flythrough animation that simulates and brings the worksites to life with moving vehicles, people and machinery

  • How are your construction staging services priced?

We offer three service tiers depending on your project needs:

Bronze — Staging Drawings Only ($3,000–$5,000 +GST) 5–7 annotated A3 staging drawings derived from 3D model scenes. Best suited for straightforward bids where drawings are inserted into tender documents or supporting a TMP.

Silver — Staging Drawings + Flythrough Animation ($5,000–$8,000 +GST) Everything in Bronze, plus a 1–2 minute Lumion flythrough animation showcasing TTM setups and traffic flow options. Ideal for bids where visuals need extra impact.

Gold — Staging Drawings + Flythrough + 4D Animation ($8,000–$12,000 +GST) Everything in Silver, plus a full 4D construction animation with the model tied directly to your program Gantt chart. Captures sequencing across multiple stages with day/night scenarios for risk and mitigation presentation.

  • “Can your visualizations integrate with existing engineering designs”

    — Yes we use the same design software architects, engineers and traffic management planners typically use for new infrastructure. This helps us a lot in reducing time in modeling if a model or layout is supplied which a geometric design can then be developed from

  • “How detailed are your traffic management models”

    — We have varying levels depending on each customers situation, but can do anywhere between a conceptual to a detailed model. Our software and processes are catered to modelling within a survey point cloud in both .laz and .rcs format. Our traffic management delineation models are modelled from from specification from suppliers such as RTL, Highway 1, RSEA, Hirepool and Powerpac.

  • “What information do I need to provide”

    3D:

Traffic Management Plan, Traffic Management Diagrams, Civil/Structural Staging Mark-Up

    4D:

Project Program Schedule in PDF, Excel or Microsoft Project format

  • Do I need a building consent for a modular unit?

From January 2026, standalone dwellings up to 70m² can be built consent-free provided they meet Building Code requirements and are designed and built by a Licensed Building Practitioner. We handle compliance from design through to installation.

  • How long does a modular build take?

Most units are completed within 6–10 weeks from design sign-off, built off-site at our Plimmerton workshop and delivered ready to install.

  • What size renovations do you take on?

We work across everything from single-room alterations and fireplace installs through to full structural extensions. If you're unsure whether your project is a fit, just get in touch and we'll be straight with you.

  • Do you handle building consent for renovations?

Yes. As both designer and builder we manage the full consent process through your local council, including plans, specifications, and code compliance documentation.
